Terms of Reference (ToR) for Online Interpretation Services: Cashew Sustainability Series & Global Market Encounter

The African Cashew Alliance (ACA) is organizing two webinar series in 2025:

• The Cashew Sustainability Series: Five (5) quarterly webinars addressing key challenges and best practices within the cashew supply chain, aimed at both new and experienced stakeholders.

• The Global Market Encounter with Jim FitzPatrick: Fifteen (15) fortnightly webinars hosted by Jim FitzPatrick, offering updates and discussions on the global cashew market.

Both series will require high-quality English<->French simultaneous interpretation services to ensure effective communication among participants.

Scope of Services:

• Provide English<->French interpretation for all sessions (5 quarterly webinars for the Cashew Sustainability Series and 15 fortnightly webinars for the Global Market Encounter).

• All interpretation will be conducted remotely using Zoom, with sessions live-streamed on Facebook and YouTube for the Global Market Encounter.

• Provide interpretation support during Q&A sessions.

Application Process:

Interested service providers should submit proposals to procurements@africancashewalliance.com by February 28, 2025. Proposals must include a technical and financial offer, along with required supporting documents.
