We are looking for talented individuals to contribute to our cutting-edge Market Information System (MIS). This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of data collection and analysis, directly impacting farmers, businesses, and policymakers. Our MIS feeds essential market information products such as AfriCashewSlits and the Cashew Barometer, providing crucial insights for a thriving sector.

As a key contributor to our MIS, you will be instrumental in:

• Unlocking vital market information: Collecting comprehensive data on everything from crop progress and weather conditions to prices, quality, and trade statistics.
• Connecting to the field: Collaborating with traders, farmers, processors, and public and private stakeholders to ensure a diverse and representative range of data sources throughout the cashew season.
• Anticipate the future: Analyze information to forecast market performance and identify emerging trends.
• Disseminate impactful reports: Contribute to the creation of accessible and informative market intelligence products.

1. Letter of interest addressed to the ACA CEO
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) highlighting your relevant experience and expertise. Specifically:

• Experience in similar assignments: information systems, market research, data management
• Network (traders, farmers, processors, resellers, etc.)
• Professional references from similar assignments (organizations, projects, etc.) and results achieved
• Experience in the cashew nut sector

3- A financial offer for one year: Your financial proposal for one year

- Analysis of administrative proposals

- Analysis of technical proposals

- Analysis of financial proposals

Proof or certification of the various experiences is required for validation of the experiences mentioned.

Previous experience working with the African Cashew Alliance is an asset.
