2026 ACA ANNUAL CASHEW CONFERENCE AND EXPO: GHANA VISA REQUIREMENTS INFORMATION
The 2026 ACA Annual Cashew Conference & Expo will be held in Accra, Ghana from the 15th- 18th September 2026. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry into Ghana, delegates are encouraged to review the visa information below before travelling.
Do You Need a Visa?
Citizens of ECOWAS Member States and selected countries do not require a visa to enter Ghana. Delegates from countries that require a visa must obtain a Ghana Visa or e-Visa before travelling. Please check the official Ghana Immigration Service website: https://evisa.immigration.gov.gh/visa-requirements to confirm your visa requirements.
How to Get a Visa
If you require a visa, you may apply through:
- Online Application: Apply through the Ghana e-Visa portal. Government of Ghana resources:

Ghana e-Visa Portal: https://evisa.gov.gh
- Embassy/High Commission: Apply at the nearest Ghana Embassy or Consulate in your country.
Required Documents
Visa applicants may be required to provide:
- Valid passport (minimum six months validity)
- Completed visa/e-Visa application form
- Passport-size photograph
- ACA Invitation Letter
- Conference registration confirmation
- Accommodation details
- Return/onward flight itinerary
- Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate

Health: A valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate is required for entry into Ghana.
